1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the MYMAiGUARD website and the products and services we provide. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. MYMAiGUARD Smart Security Limited is based in Suite 510, 5th Floor Edo House, Ralph Shodeinde Street, CBD - FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.

2. Quotes and site surveys

Package prices shown are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed after a site survey and depends on your property, device selection, and installation scope. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote and may change if conditions differ from what was assessed.

3. Shop orders and payment

Online orders are processed through our payment partner, Paystack, on its own secure page — we never receive or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified.

Prices include VAT.

4. Delivery and installation

We deliver between 8am and 6pm, every day. No delivery lead time is promised; we confirm timing with you when your order is booked.

For installed systems, you agree to provide safe site access and accurate information so we can complete the work. Installation scope is defined by your agreed quote.

5. Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange it. See our Returns and refunds page for details.

6. Warranty

Every product we sell has a 12-month warranty. Our installation workmanship is backed for the period as stated on your installation quote. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or work by unauthorised third parties. See our Warranty page.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site is provided for information and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MYMAiGUARD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
