Can you inspect my property before quoting?
Yes. Request an inspection and, for homes, compounds, shops, offices, and estates, we survey the property before confirming a final quote. We check doors, gates, power, network strength, camera angles, storage, and labour so the recommendation matches your property instead of a guess made from a distance.
How much does a security system cost?
Our published packages start from ₦185,000 for an apartment starter, ₦540,000 for a family-home package, and ₦1,200,000 for a business or estate package. These are starting points — the inspection confirms the final scope and price for your specific property.
Do you install the devices, or do I set them up myself?
We install. Our team mounts the devices, configures the app, tests access and cameras, registers your warranty details, and shows you how to use the system before we leave. We do not just drop off a box.
How long does installation take?
Most home installations are completed within a day once the site survey is done and devices are ready. Larger homes, estates, and business projects can take longer depending on cabling, the number of devices, and access — the survey gives you a clear timeline.
Will my cameras keep working during a power cut?
Yes, if the system is specified for it. We recommend solar and battery-powered cameras for gates, compounds, and blind spots so surveillance continues when the grid is down. We assess your power situation during the survey and specify accordingly.
Which areas of Nigeria do you cover?
We are based in Abuja and regularly work across Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt, with delivery available to other states. For installation outside our core areas, contact us on WhatsApp with your location and we will confirm coverage and any travel arrangements.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ₦5,000 within Abuja city and ₦15,000 everywhere else in Nigeria, including the rest of the FCT. You see the exact fee at checkout, before you pay. Deliveries run 8am to 6pm, every day. If you are unsure which area to choose, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders are paid securely through Paystack, which supports cards, bank transfers, and USSD. For installed projects, payment terms are confirmed with your quote after the site survey.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Devices carry a standard manufacturer warranty, and we record your warranty details at installation. Register or claim warranty through our Support page, or message us on WhatsApp. See the Warranty page for full terms.
Can I control everything from an app?
Compatible devices are managed from the MYMAiGUARD-supported app after our team sets them up — view cameras, receive alerts, manage locks, and check activity. We configure the app and walk you through it during installation.
Do you handle business, estate, and multi-property projects?
Yes. We work with homeowners, offices, shops, estates, hotels, clinics, schools, and SMEs. Larger projects always start with a site survey so we can confirm compatibility, placement, and pricing before anything is installed.
What if a device develops a fault after installation?
Contact us through the Support page, WhatsApp, or phone. We diagnose the issue, arrange for repair or replacement under warranty where applicable, and stay reachable on WhatsApp after the sale — aftercare is part of the service.
Can I buy devices without installation?
Yes. You can order supported devices directly from our shop and receive them by delivery. If you later want professional installation or a survey, just reach out and we will help.
