Delete your account or data

Request deletion without the app

1. Email peprah@mymaiguard.com, preferably from the email address used for your MAiGUARD account.
2. Say whether you want to delete your account and associated data, or only specific information while keeping the account. For a specific-data request, identify the information you want removed.
3. We may ask you to verify account ownership before removing information. Never send your password, one-time verification codes or device access codes.

You do not need to reinstall MAiGUARD or sign in to this website to send a request. We respond to requests as soon as we reasonably can. We will confirm the outcome and explain any data that must be retained.

Delete from MAiGUARD

On Android or iOS, open Settings, open your profile, choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion removes your access to the account and its device services. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Data covered by your request

Account-deletion requests cover your account and profile information, linked device and home records, and associated personal information such as app events, uploaded camera media and support content. If you request only specific data, we assess that request without automatically closing your account.

Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention and warranty records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve outstanding matters. We will explain retained data, the reason and the applicable retention period when handling your request.
