Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange it.

For change-of-mind returns, products may be opened but must be undamaged and include all supplied accessories. Please include the original packaging where available.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from your order, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us assess it. We will explain the next steps and the remedy available, which may include repair, replacement or a refund as appropriate.

The 7-day return window does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law or our product warranty.

Return transport costs

You pay return transport costs for a change-of-mind return. MYMAiGUARD pays return transport costs for faulty products, products damaged on arrival or incorrect items supplied.

Orders and installation services

If you need to cancel an order or change an installation booking, contact us promptly with your order or quote reference. We will confirm its status and explain the available options under your agreement and applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the outcome. If a refund is approved, we issue it within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Delivery

We deliver between 8am and 6pm, every day. We do not promise a delivery lead time; we confirm timing with you when your order is booked.

Delivery costs ₦5,000 inside Abuja city and ₦15,000 everywhere else.

Warranty

Every product we sell has a 12-month warranty. See our Warranty page for how to make a claim.
