Do I need Wi-Fi?

It depends on the device. Our range includes Wi-Fi, wired and 4G camera options. Check the product requirements; we confirm connectivity during an inspection.

What happens if power or internet goes off?

Remote viewing and phone alerts need a working connection. Continued operation during a power cut depends on the device and backup power. We assess solar, battery and network options for your property; recording also depends on the chosen setup.

Can I install it myself?

You can buy devices without installation. Setup requirements vary by product; our team can advise or arrange professional installation, app configuration and a handover.

Are there installation or subscription costs?

Installation is priced separately where required, with the cost confirmed at checkout or in your project quote. The MYMAiGUARD app is free. Check the selected product's storage and service terms before buying.
