How long is the warranty?
12 months. Every product we sell has a 12-month warranty, and it is kept in your MYMAiGUARD account alongside your invoices and receipts.
How much is fitting?
₦25,000 per lock. Our engineers fit the lock, test it and set up your family's fingerprints, codes and cards.
Do I need to buy online?
No. WhatsApp us, call 0906 222 9024 or visit our showroom in CBD, Abuja. You don't need an account to request a visit.
Can you fit a lock on a glass door?
Yes. The 3D Glass Lock is made for frameless glass doors, 10 to 12 mm thick, as found in offices and shops. It opens with face, fingerprint, code, card or the app.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within minutes. WhatsApp us or call 0906 222 9024.
Do I pay before or after fitting?
Before. We confirm what you need first, then payment is made before the installation date.
What if the lock battery runs out?
You can still get in. Our locks come with manual keys, and you can power the lock from a power bank to open it.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The lock opens without internet. To use the app, you need internet.
